1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 888 Jackpot as the platform operator. By accessing 888jackpot.my or using any services provided by 888 Jackpot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out here.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to use the 888 Jackpot platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2User Eligibility

To use 888 Jackpot's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 21 years and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding contractual agreement.
• Not on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services.
• Not acting on behalf of another person when making deposits or placing bets on the 888 Jackpot platform.
• Using legitimate personal funds — not proceeds from any unlawful activity — for betting purposes.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one (1) active account at 888 Jackpot. Multiple account registrations by the same user — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full name as shown on your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad)
• A valid Malaysian Identity Card number
• An active, reachable email address
• An active Malaysian mobile number
• Bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

888 Jackpot reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before approving any withdrawal. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of all existing balances.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit Methods

888 Jackpot accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. There is no set maximum daily deposit limit; however, 888 Jackpot reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding RM5,000 per day for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the 888 Jackpot account holder. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / GrabPay / Boost / ShopeePay: 15–30 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX / Bank Transfer: 30 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 24 business hours

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 888 Jackpot platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, except in situations explicitly stated by 888 Jackpot.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the scheduled completion time, 888 Jackpot reserves the right to void all related bets and refund the funds to users.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds applied to the settlement of that bet, unless a clear technical error has occurred.
• 888 Jackpot reserves the right to reject, limit, or void any bet suspected of involving fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of system errors.
• The minimum bet per ticket is RM1 and the maximum depends on the market type and the limits set for each match.

6Bonuses & Promotions

888 Jackpot offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set for each promotion, including wagering requirements, bonus validity periods, and eligible markets.

• Welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only.
• The standard wagering requirement is between 5x and 20x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• 888 Jackpot reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system through hedge betting or other methods deemed unfair by 888 Jackpot will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure.

7Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited on the 888 Jackpot platform:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets
• Intentional exploitation of system errors, odds, or promotions
• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt the 888 Jackpot system
• Use of funds derived from illegal activities for deposits
• Sharing or selling your account to another party
• Placing opposing bets across different accounts to guarantee a profit

8Account Closure

Users may close their 888 Jackpot account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be fulfilled, or those bonuses will be forfeited.

888 Jackpot reserves the right to close or suspend any user's account without prior notice if:

• The user is in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Registration information found to be false or misleading
• Account activity suspected of involving fraud or money laundering
• User is suspected to be under 21 years of age

9Privacy & Data

10Limitation of Liability

• Platform disruptions or unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults, or factors beyond our control
• Betting outcomes that the user is dissatisfied with
• Damage or loss resulting from the user's own actions, such as disclosing login credentials to another party
• Losses caused by internet or device disruptions on the user's end

In all circumstances, 888 Jackpot's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount of unused deposits held in that user's account at the time of the incident.
